Welcome to the first day of Good‘s self love series!

We hope you are ready to delve into today’s materials, and come out the other side feeling connected and renewed.

Today’s Learnings

Today we are learning about the ins and outs of connecting with self to achieve a harmonious flow with life.

First, we will hear from Justine Jamieson and her sage advice on connection. We have also recorded a Kundalini yoga (meditation style) video with Yelena Bebich to inspire you to transform and connect more closely with your body.

Lastly, we will finish with a journal challenge to bring awareness to the areas in our life that are flowing, to allow us to connect more closely with all areas in our environment.
