Ingredients
100 broccoli, roughly chopped
30g cherry tomatoes (diced)
3 leaves sweet basil (julienne)
8g lime juice
A pinch of Salt & Pepper
20g red onion (chopped)
300g avocado (mashed)
Method
1. Blanch the broccoli in hot boiled water until cooked.
2. Then mix all ingredients together seasoning with lime juice, salt and pepper, then toss well.
3. Keep cool until served.
