Being And Staying Connected

People, animals, trees, birds, insects and everything in our environment is energy. On a quantum level, our collective energy fields are constantly merging in and out of one another’s; we are all energetically connected all the time.

The more we are connected to our heart space, the more connected we are to the collective consciousness. When we are in perfect flow in the universe, we are naturally moving through how our life is intended to be, with ease. Without ourselves getting in the way. It’s the way of truth and not that of the lies our mind can play on us which have been absorbed from our environmental conditioning.

When we are in perfect flow, we are sitting back in our bodies and letting our souls be guided. We listen with patience as our intuition speaks to us. We are not pushing where there is no ease of movement. The more we clear our societal conditionings through clearing our vessels (our bodies), the more we begin to be connected to everything and be in the flow of life. The more rigid our bodies, the more rigid our mind. Therefore, what we are manifesting won’t meet our creative potential.

Everyone knows what being in the flow feels like. The traffic is good, lights change to green, parking is right outside the office, and people smile at you and say “have you done something nice to your hair?” when you’ve got four inches of re-growth. The internet is fast, opportunities fall in your lap, and cake is close. You know, effortless, no pushing, no striving, just sitting back and attracting wonderful things.

Of course, the majority of us aren’t quite enlightened enough to always be in the flow, all of the time. We often jump out of the flow when we become intertwined with other people’s stories. It’s what I call jumping into other people’s lanes. Empaths (people who care deeply for others) often do this and before we know it, bam! We’ve jumped into helping someone with how to fix their problem.

When us sensitive beings don’t set strong energetic boundaries, the collective vibe of an environment can affect us too, for example in a high-pressure work situation where others are stressed or when natural disasters happen and we start to be consumed by the collective stress, anger or sadness.

What can happen is we start to increasingly get frustrated; our communication can start to punch jabs at others, and we can feel unsettled, lost or anxious. There is a sense of struggle when we are out of alignment with our purpose.

A sense of struggle can also occur when the energy of a specific journey starts to fade or die, and it no longer serves you to continue. The universe may be redirecting you if you’d just surrender to stop and listen closely for your next clues, and notice where the energy is strong in the new direction you are called to focus on.

Aim for what you want to feel in the future but get back to the present time and stay curious about different possibilities without getting fixated or attached to how the outcome should look. What if it’s better than you could have ever imagined…?
