Ā Lyreās Jungle BirdĀ

INGREDIENTS
1 oz Lyreās Dark Cane Spirit*Ā
1½ oz Lyreās Italian Orange
½ oz lime juice
¼ oz white sugar syrup (1:1)
1½ oz pineapple juice
METHOD
Rapid shake with ice.
Strain, fill glass with fresh cubed ice
GLASS
Old fashioned
GARNISH
Lemon wedge, cherry, plump mint sprigĀ
Lyreās passionfruit colada

INGREDIENTS
2 Parts (60mL/ 2 Fl Oz) Lyreās White Cane Spirit
1/2 Part (15mL/ . Fl Oz) lime juice
3 Parts (90mL/ 3 Fl Oz) unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 Part (7.5mL/ . Fl Oz) premium coconut syrup
fresh passionfruit pulp
METHOD
Dry shake, fill shaker with ice,
shake hard, strain into glass, fill with ice
GLASSWARE
Goblet, balloon or colada
GARNISH
Mint sprig, passionfruit shell
Lyreās penicillin

INGREDIENTS
2 Parts (60mL/ 2 Fl Oz) Lyreās American Malt
1/2 Part (15mL/ . Fl Oz) honey and ginger syrup*
1/2 Part (15mL/ . Fl Oz) lemon juice
1 Part (30mL/ 1 Fl Oz) strong smoky tea
(Lapsang souchong or Russian Caravan tea)
METHOD
Shake briefly with ice,
strain over large ice cube
GLASSWARE
Old fashioned
GARNISH
Ginger cube on skewer
*HONEY AND GINGER SYRUP
1/4 cup runny honey
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp jarred ginger
METHOD: add boiling water to honey, stir to dissolve. Add ginger and stir thoroughly, pour into bottle. Refrigerate.

2 Parts (60mL/ 2 Fl Oz) Lyreās Italian Spritz
3 Parts (90mL/ 3 Fl Oz) Lyreās Classico
1/4 Part (7.5mL/ . Fl Oz) premium mango syrup
2 lemon slices
4 raspberries
4 blueberries
1/2 fresh passionfruit pulp
METHOD
Add ingredients to glass,
fill with ice, stir
GLASSWARE
Large or stemless wine glass
GARNISH
Plump mint sprig

INGREDIENTS
30ml Lyreās Italian Orange
30mL Lyreās Orange Sec
7.5mL premium mango syrup
90mL premium elderflower tonic water
2 x lemon wheels
METHOD
Add ingredients in glass, stir and fill with ice
