The easiest to make, yet most dramatic of desserts
1 large brie wheel
1 1/2 cups boysenberries, frozen
1 tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp water
2-3 tbsp honey, warmed
Place the brie on a platter for serving. Mix two berries with cornflour and water together in a small pot. Bring the sauce to the boil to thicken while stirring with a wooden spoon.
Push sauce through a sieve to remove pips. Arrange remaining frozen berries on cheese and drizzle with the warm sauce. Dollop warmed honey on top.
Allow dessert to sit in the sun for a moment before eating.
