Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop plant protein powder
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- ¾ cup plant milk (I like oat)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Optional toppings
- fresh fruit
- nut butter
- cacao nibs
What to do
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, like soft-serve, stopping to scrape edges to ensure there are no lumps.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with your chosen toppings.
