This refreshing summer recipe is as delicious as it looks!
2 Dole paw paw
1 cup granola (your choice)
500g yoghurt (your choice)
¼ cup chia seeds
2 cup fresh fruit (seasonal, we have used raspberries/kiwiberries/banana)
⅛ cup mint, fresh leaves
Slice paw paw in half, length ways & begin to remove seeds using a spoon. Carefully create a nice bowl like shape following the shape of the paw paw in the centre.
Begin to layer the summer boat starting with the yoghurt, evenly distribute around all 4 halves. Sprinkle 1/4 cup granola on to each half, followed by an arrangement of your selected seasonal fruits. Top with a sprinkling of chia seeds, edible flowers & mint leaves.
