Auckland City central’s marquee fashion moment is back again this March with four days of creative retail experiences in the heart of Auckland City.
Making its return for a seventh year is 4 Days of Fashion in the City, a key event for Heart of the City that shines a light on some of the country’s best and brightest fashion stores and brands, in the CBD’s bustling shopping precincts including the High Street, Queen Street and Britomart districts.
4 Days of Fashion in the City, provides local fashion brands and retailers the opportunity to showcase a different and exciting side to fashion retail.
Across four days, Heart of the City, in partnership with headline sponsor Resene have curated an enticing roster, with more than 20 events and happenings. Fashion lovers and visitors to the city are all encouraged to head into the city centre and learn of Auckland’s fascinating fashion history, meet their favourite designers, watch an open-air fashion runway show, or gain fashion advice from their favourite fashion and lifestyle personalities.
Headlining this year’s Fashion in the City is the NZ Fashion Museum’s Bruce Papas collection exhibition at Smith & Caughey’s, the Ingrid Starnes’ AW18 Fashion Show and a great line-up of other in-store events from some of Queen and High St’s best retailers such as, Aesop, Crane Brothers, Gorman, Ruby, Moochi and more. These are all open to the public.
