Enjoy Nadia’s Farm-inspired meals with My Food Bag

Making weeknight dinners a breeze from the very beginning, My Food Bag has once again brought us a winning menu, all while championing local, New Zealand suppliers.

As the proud sponsor of ThreeNow’s Nadia’s Farm Season 2, My Food Bag is introducing a new menu inspired by the show, which celebrates some of New Zealand’s best meat and produce. From Meadow Mushrooms to Freedom Farms, each dish proudly showcases the finest suppliers in New Zealand’s culinary scene.

Indulge in a hearty Pork Belly Roast with Kumara Mash, Roasted Pear and Caramelised Onion Jus, or savour the flavours of a Chipotle, Bacon and Corn Chowder made with the finest ingredients, featuring free-range pork and bacon sourced from Freedom Farms.

If you’re craving something a little more adventurous, you can try the Wagyu Beef Rump with Harissa Brown Butter and Chilli Glazed Kumara, featuring Wagyu beef from Lake Oahu Station. And we’re sure you won’t miss trying the indulgent Bacon, Thyme and Pumpkin Tart with Feta and Fig, made with Paneton pastry that melts in your mouth!

A highlight of the menu will be Nadia’s Beef Smash Burger with Homemade Beetroot Chutney, a dish that steals the spotlight on the show, and who doesn’t love a burger?

With 98 per cent of My Food Bag’s fresh produce sourced locally, you can trust that you’re getting the best ingredients, all while supporting the New Zealand growers. And, from free-range eggs and chicken to sustainably caught fish, My Food Bag ensures that every meal is not only delicious but also ethically sourced from New Zealand – a commitment the company has had since its first delivery eleven years ago.

Make sure to tune in to ThreeNow to watch the show, and don’t miss out on the opportunity to experience the best of New Zealand in My Food Bag’s new Inspired by Nadia’s Farm menu, available for a limited time in April and May.
