These delicious asparagus spears are perfect for entertaining guests during the festive season. You can present these as a canapé or serve as a side dish with your Christmas dinner.

Serves 8 Prepare 5 minutes Cook 15 minutes
- 16 asparagus spears
- 8 slices prosciutto
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Slice the prosciutto lengthwise so there are 16 pieces.
Wrap each piece around each asparagus spear and place on baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
