This drink is not only pretty, it’s delicious and refreshing too. You can make this alcoholic if you wish by adding 2 shots of vodka and 1 shot of white rum. Cheers!
Serves 2 Prepare 7 minutes
seeds of ½ pomegranate
juice of ½ lime
handful mint leaves
1 tbsp honey
1 cup crushed ice
1 ½ cups sparkling water
Garnish
pomegranate seeds
2 lime wedges
mint leaves
In a large jug, muddle the pomegranate seeds, lime juice, mint leaves and honey. Add the ice and top up with sparkling water. Pour the spritzer into two glasses and garnish with the pomegranate seeds, lime and mint. Serve immediately.
