Good Health’s Imaglow range boosts the power of collagen

While more people may now recognise the benefits of upping their collagen intake, not all collagen supplements are made equal – which is why Good Health has developed a range of products with added ingredients to help support the benefits of collagen even further.

The Good Health Imaglow range is nutrient-rich and formulated in a therapeutic dose to be particularly beneficial for hair, skin, and nails, with ingredients that help the body better absorb collagen and provide additional antioxidant protection.

Collagen is a structural protein that provides an important building block for healthy skin, hair, and nails. With these natural collagen production levels beginning their decline when we reach our 20s, collagen supplements are important for preventing dry and brittle nails, luck lustre hair, tired-looking skin, and other visible signs of ageing.

But the Imaglow range goes even further, blending collagen with powerful antioxidants to further support collagen production and skin rejuvenation. Because recent research shows a combination of collagen and such antioxidants is more effective than using either by themselves.

Imaglow also contains natural marine collagen, which is at least 1.5 times more absorbable than bovine sourced collagen. This is because hydrolysed marine collagen peptides are smaller than bovine and other sources of collagen, so they are easier for our bodies to absorb. And each of the products making up the Good Health Imaglow range further build on the skincare benefits of this marine collagen.

Imaglow Skin Capsules (RRP $61.50) and Imaglow Collagen Powder SKIN (RRP $61.50) are both formulated with vitamin C, which is necessary for better absorbing and producing natural collagen in the body. Imaglow also has a high level of hydroxyproline, which has been found to trigger skin cells to produce more hyaluronic acid, another important component for boosting the skin’s water content.

The Imaglow Skin Powder also contains New Zealand blackcurrant extract, an antioxidant that supports blood flow and circulation for brighter, healthier-looking skin, and zinc, a mineral necessary for both optimal collagen production and for supporting skin protection and repair.

The Imaglow collagen capsules include resveratrol, which offers antioxidant support and activates sirtuins that are part of the body’s anti-ageing process. Added hyaluronic acid also supports better skin moisture levels.

Meanwhile, the nutrient-rich Imaglow Collagen Powder HAIR & NAILS (RRP $61.50) contains vitamin C to help with the collagen’s absorption, as well as biotin and boron for hair thickness and vitality and bamboo silica for stronger nails.

Then there is the Good Health Skin, Hair and Nails Effervescent (RRP $39.90), which is ideal for incorporating the Imaglow powders into your daily routine. The powder can be easily added to this sparkling and delicious drink, which is itself another high strength combination of essential nutrients for healthy hair, skin, and nails.

“At Good Health, we know beauty begins from within,” says the company’s resident naturopath.

“This is why the Imaglow collagen range has been developed with natural and nourishing ingredients in therapeutic doses.

“These products offer powerful skin nutrition in forms that are easy to use every day and can help bring visible improvements within weeks.” The Good Health Imaglow range is available now from all good pharmacies and health stores.
