Good Gifting with Superette

This year Superette has joined forces with two ethical jewellery brands, as well as well-loved Auckland-based charity Everybody Eats, making our Christmas a little more meaningful.

Expanding on the trending trinket theme, the limited-edition Zoe & Morgan x Superette collection gives off serious 80s vibes, with pink precious stones and bolt designs a play on the electricity of true love. The collection is available in a variety of styles, including a playful ring, necklace, and hoop earring design.

And for lovers of delicate star-themed jewellery, the By Charlotte x Superette collection heroes By Charlotte’s signature star design, with two takes on the classic hoops and stud earrings, offering the ultimate ear candy. The playful and spirited designs are centred around the idea of heavenly skies, and resonate with the mantras “reach for the stars” and “be your own light”.

“These pieces are reminders that our dreams are infinitely powerful and limitless, and that all we need can be found from within”, says By Charlotte founder Charlotte Blakeney.

Best of all, all Superette purchases made in December will have the opportunity to get gifts beautifully wrapped in custom Superette packaging for a $2 donation to Everybody Eats, a charity which tackles food poverty through an open invitation dining concept.

Superette Founder Rickie Dee says of the collaboration “while the gift wrapping is an annual offering that we always do, after a tough year for many we thought that we would use this as an opportunity to help those in need. While there are so many inspiring causes in New Zealand, Everybody Eats felt like the perfect fit. The founder Nick Loosley has been so great to work with and we are proud to be giving back to such an important cause that supports Kiwis doing it tough. For every $5 raised Everybody Eats will turn this into a three-course restaurant quality meal in their open invitation, pay as you can dining spaces”.

And speaking of the By Charlotte collaboration, Blakeney explains that “while creating beautiful jewellery is always at the forefront of our mind, living lighter is incredibly important to us at By Charlotte. As a brand that so many women look up to, we want to lead by example and ensure that we are constantly striving towards more ethical and sustainable practices. Working towards this in all areas of our business is an exciting process, and a journey we are proud to embark on. Every style we design is meaningful and intentional, each piece is meant to inspire magic and happiness from within—an important part of this is making sure that our customers can adorn in our beautiful jewels knowing that they have been ethically and sustainably made and packaged. We believe that jewellery shouldn’t only make you look beautiful but feel empowered, happy and loved.”
