If you or any member of your family has trouble sleeping, I highly recommend Lush ‘Sleepy’ Body Lotion, $23. I’ve been trying it out and having deeper sleeps. The Emma Lewisham effect
Sustainable luxury skincare brand Emma Lewisham has added a new product to its stable of skin elixirs and I’m a convert. Her new Supernatural Vitale Elixir is being hailed as having a Botox-like affect but without the face freeze. In vitro and in vivo tests have proven it reduces muscle contractions responsible for wrinkles by 91 per cent after 24 hours.
