The luxurious new Sofitel Wellington’s gorgeous Green Room Bar have teamed up with East Imperial to offers guests, travelers and locals a cocktail menu that pays tribute to all things New Zealand. Lighthouse Gin from Martinborough and East Imperial made in Tauranga, are the star ingredients in their Bloom Bay Highball cocktail.
Ingredients
30ml of lighthouse Original Gin
150ml bottle of East Imperial Mombassa Ginger Beer
1x wedge fresh lime
Garnish
Fresh manuka flower
Sprig of coriander
Fill glass with ice. Pour in gin, squeeze in lime. Dress with coriander and manuka flower. Pour in ginger beer to taste.
