These delicious bliss balls are a great healthier sweet treat for the kids lunchboxes while also having the benefits of probiotics.

Ingredients
2 cups desiccated coconut
1 TBS vanilla protein powder
2 tsp Harker Herbals berry GutBiome powder*see discount code below (other kids probiotic powders would work well too)
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla
Melted chocolate for coating, and cacao nibs, optional.
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients apart from the melted chocolate in a bowl.
2. Mix together until you have a mixture that holds together. If it feels too dry, add 1 tsp coconut cream at a time, or if too wet, 1 tsp desiccated coconut.
3. Roll into balls, and set in the fridge.
4. Roll in the melted chocolate, and sprinkle cacao nibs if using.
