Parisian dining in Auckland

Celebrating a certain je ne sais quoi, Euro Restaurant on Auckland’s waterfront is dishing up classic Parisian bistro gastronomy this winter.

The sumptuous experience in the newly refurbished restaurant is designed to transport diners to the City of Lights for a night.

Euro executive chef Gareth Stewart, whose background is rooted in French cuisine and fine dining, has designed the menu to bring together all the rich comforting flavours with a Kiwi twist, like Gnocchi Parisienne – a Fiordland crayfish ragu with Emmental cheese!

“Each dish has been inspired by my time in Europe but recreated in the Euro kitchen utilising New Zealand ingredients sourced from local suppliers,” says Stewart.

Complementing the food is a unique collection of cocktails created by mixologist and bar operations manager Katie Cramphom including aperitif Midnight in Paris with cognac, apricot, raspberry and Champagne. Merci!
