This 3-night, 4 day Retreat includes a 3-night private villa accommodation, all healthy and nourishing meals, daily workshops, yoga and meditation classes and the use of all the Retreat’s forest bathing facilities – outdoor Stoked Hot tub, Finnish dry sauna, infrared chroma-therapy sauna and access to extensive nature trails within the 500-acre nature Estate.
