On the back of an incredibly successful brand re-fresh, Anihana introduce their first new product under their thoughtful new name and vibrant new branding.
Introducing Anihana’s NEW Shower Bars, available in three scent mixes of fruity and fresh flavours for a heighted shower experience.
What makes these bathroom beauties even more alluring is their solid bar form in compostable packaging meaning no plastic waste – each little bar equals up to 3 x 250 ml plastic bottles of conventional body wash!
Loaded with hydrating, nourishing goodness for your skin, each bar features Anihana’s signature ingredient Coconut oil to keep skin soft, nourished and cleansed, as well as hydrating heroes like Aloe Vera (Raspberry & Lime bar), Manuka Honey (Honey & Peach bar) and Hemp Seed oil (Cucumber & Mint bar).
Speaking on the flavour profiles, Founder Sophie Cooper says, “I chose some of our most popular scents and added a little twist, for example adding Lime essential oil to our Raspberry fragrance. It’s almost a lolly scent and absolutely delicious to use!”
The new Anihana additions will bring smiles to those who prefer not to use soap, containing the same ingredients as a natural shower gel in concentrated bar form (bonus, they’re super small to transport in your overnight or gym bag with no watery spills!)
“The process of making soap is quite scientific” says Sophie, “but basically a chemical reaction happens when you mix lye with oils. For our new shower bars we use a surfactant to create the lather to wash with. Just like our shampoo bars, we use a milder Sodium Coco Sulphate instead of the harsher SLS.”
