This weekend, bathe in the after glow of the Capricorn full moon — a luminous mirror of your hopes, your ideals, and your quiet determination to begin again.
Let this be a ritual of devotion.
A soft moment to return to yourself.
To nourish your body, soothe your senses, and invite in new energy — with care and intention.
One of my favourite ways to honour the moon is with a simple, sacred scrub:
brown sugar stirred into soft coconut oil — a blend of sweetness, texture, and release.
It’s a cleansing of the old and a welcome to what’s next.
Light a candle.
Say a prayer or have a moment of gratitude to the moon.
Be open to feel the gifts of this moon.
Ritual Recipe
- 1 cup brown sugar (for sensitive skin) or fine Himalayan salt
- ½ cup coconut oil (softened)
- A few drops of essential oil — grapefruit and orange are perfect under this moonlight
Mix gently. Let the scent rise. Let the moment soften you.
Massage into the skin with presence.
Feel your body. Be with your breath.
When ready, remove with a warm cloth.
Then, nourish your skin again with your favourite body oil or balm — sealing in care and intention.
This moon invites you to tend to yourself with grace.
Let it be a ritual of remembering how beautiful it feels to come home to you.
