Whether on a chaise longue, or a blanket in your backyard, if you’ve got this chiller in one hand and suntan lotion in the other, you can safely say you’ve landed in paradise.
Ingredients
- 45ml Jamaican rum
- 15ml Campari
- 45ml pineapple juice
- 15ml passion fruit puree
- 15ml lime juice
- 25ml honey syrup
- SodaStream sparkling water
Method
1. Mix 3 parts honey with 1 part hot water and stir thoroughly to create honey syrup.
2. In a shaker, add all of the ingredients apart from the SodaStream sparkling water.
3. Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
4. Double strain mixture through a fine sieve into a glass filled with ice.
5. Top with SodaStream sparkling water.
