What Apps We’re Into Now

Being at home all day isn’t easy, thankfully there are a few apps that have been helping us pass the time.

Around the country, looking after our diet and mental health has been the big priority during this year’s Level 4 lockdown.

We have put together a list of our favourite wellness, fitness and diet apps we have been using.

Sleep, meditation, and relaxation are in your hands with Calm, a popular mindfulness app.

With guided meditations, you can have your pick when it comes to how long you want to dedicate yourself to the app each day.
