Coffee Supreme has launched a new coffee that’s in an entirely new product category. It’s a 50:50 split of caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee — it’s a coffee for all the times, time after time.
Al Keating of Coffee Supreme says, “Us Kiwis love coffee, and as winter approaches, a 50:50 blend means we can keep our hands warm around our favourite mug all the time. This coffee is for AM and PM use only.”
There’s just one thing, Coffee Supreme’s new product needs a name. Coffee Supreme thought it only right that they open up the name game to New Zealand, to Name This Blend.
During Alert Level 3, Coffee Supreme’s Al Keating, had a Zoom call with the Prime Minister. They discussed how Covid-19 has affected not only Supreme, but also their peers in New Zealand’s hospitality community, and how they can best emerge from this together. During this call, Keating pitched Supreme’s new coffee, and she said she loved the idea of it. Moments after this call, the Prime Minister emailed him and proposed her entry.
“She proposed HALF-ARS*D BLEND. It’s good, it’s honest — we like it, but don’t worry, there’s still time to overtake her in the standings; you can make your Name This Blend entry now on our social media channels,” says Keating.
Coffee Supreme is hosting the competition on their Facebook and Instagram pages, and entries close at 11:59pm on Thursday 25th June.
In the meantime, Coffee Supreme’s Name This Blend is available online and from Supreme’s Midland Park shop.
