Good spring style show

An eco-luxe afternoon with Good magazine, Mina and Ovna Ovich.

Recently Good magazine partnered with five-star EarthCheck accredited hotel Cordis Auckland and eco-luxe labels Ovna Ovich (main photo) and Mina for a Spring Sustainable Style presentation in the Chandelier Room.

That’s right, you don’t have to give up on the good things on life to be a conscious consumer.

The show was accompanied by a bespoke High Tea by Cordis with an interactive twist. Cordis Auckland chef Romain Junet not only matched the high tea treats to the season’s colours of the guest designers but also to Resene’s fashion colours for the home. The DIY element was in the guise of a paint-your-own donut with bright green edible colour matched to Resene FOMO. The results ranged from polka dots, trees and dresses to Shrek-like creations and lots of laughs.

Guests had fun creating designs for their donut colour matched to Resene Fashion colour FOMO.

Designers Natalie Proctor of Mina and Marina Davis of Ovna Ovich also did a live Q&A, speaking about sustainable style. Each range is made in New Zealand using environmentally-conscious fabrics using timeless design.

This message was reinforced by the brand partners of this very special event – Cordis Auckland, Trilogy, Aleph Beauty, Vada Hair and Kono Wines.

Stunning eco-luxe designs by Natalie Proctor for Mina.
