Serves 2

3 cups oats
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp Ceres Organics Cacao Powder
pinch of salt
1 orange, zested, ½ juiced, ½ peeled and sliced
3½ cups plant milk
2 tbsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup, or rice malt syrup

Optional serving suggestions

freeze-dried orange and shaved dark chocolate, for extra decadence

In a bowl, stir together the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, cacao powder, salt and most of the orange zest until combined. Add the dry mix to a pan, along with the plant milk and stir through. Add in the maple syrup and the orange juice and gently simmer for around 7 minutes, until you have a nice thick porridge.

Garnish with the fresh orange slices, a little more zest and freeze-dried orange and dark chocolate shavings, if using.
