For the fourth year running, Allbirds have joined forces with NZ Forest & Bird for the adored Bird of the Year campaign.
Honouring 2020’s Bird of the Year winner, Allbirds have created a pair of striking Kākāpō Tree Runners.
Both organisations share a mutual commitment to preservation and an appreciation of the natural world, so naturally a portion of the proceeds from these shoes will be donated back to NZ Forest & Bird.
We’ve all spent the last 18 months exploring, and reconnecting with Aotearoa instead of heading overseas. Having had the chance to fall in love with our backyard all over again, supporting conservation of the native wildlife who live amongst it is a no-brainer.
These shoes are so uniquely New Zealand, and exclusive to Aotearoa.
Voting for Bird of the Year is open from October 18 to 31, 2021.
