Wynyard Pavilion has launched a summer garden for sunshine, sailing and signature Gin and Tonics by Fever-Tree and Bombay Sapphire.
Open till March and located at the Pavilion entrance, the English garden-inspired space has two big screens to watch the sailing, a retractable sunroof to catch the afternoon sun, and a dedicated bar with garnishes grown onsite to create your signature G&T.
Head to the bar and pick your choice of Bombay Sapphire Gin with your favourite Fever-Tree tonic or soda, topped with garnishes picked from the onsite garden. The top tipple of the season is the all-new Bombay Bramble, a Blackberry and Raspberry infused Gin perfectly paired with Fever-Tree Lemon tonic and garnished with summer berries.
The Pavilion is open until March: Tuesday – Friday from 11.30 am, and weekends from 8.30 am. Find out more at wynyardpavilion.co.nz.
